After a busy day, I didn’t finish the post I was working on and I was running late to dinner with a group of business associates who have become good friends.
Allegretti Restaurant has become one of my top “go-to” restaurants in NYC – I’ve eaten there more in the past 6 months than almost anywhere else. There’s a reason for that (besides the absolutely adorable chef/owner, Alain)… the food is always wonderful and the gracious service makes me feel special every time.
They recently made the room a bit more casual in the evenings (in atmosphere only) by removing the white table clothes to expose rich, dark wood tables. We felt it made the room fell warmer and more welcoming. Unfortunately the camera was not on it’s best behavior last night, so we only got a few decent shots… here they are:
