After riding out the blustery afternoon reading about Sagra (food festivals) in Tuscany, heirloom apples in North Carolina (both in Saveur #123), and fried chicken a la John T. Edge (for an upcoming writing project), I decided to venture out for some much needed neighborhood wandering. It’s been a while!
