Do What Ya Gotta Do

It’s cold, wet and blustery out there so going out for groceries is out of the question (only downfall of living in NYC – walking to the grocery store in the rain). I’m thinking about warm tropical islands – Philippines maybe?

So, I doctored up my leftover Chinese delivery with some familiar flavors of sunny, warm memories. Sichuan-stlye tofu with sauteed shrimp paste, citrus juice, and coconut vinegar, with rice and arugula subbing for water spinach. Actually, quite good!
